With a long-term record in various service industry management positions, especially in sales and marketing at some major international flag carriers, the fundament for a consultancy was created. Biography Andreas W. Schulz>


Our first projects were implemented on behalf of Diners Club International, London and Chicago, including a complex Business Development Concept for Corporate Credit Cards in order to optimize their market penetration. Another project was successfully completed for Air Berlin where we introduced a completely new corporate travel concept for their City Shuttle services and an incentive scheme to attract major corporates to their product. The concept was strongly welcomed by the relevant market.


The potential of benefits offered by CAT to its customers should not only be focused on quantitative and voluminous presentation but more on the efficient and neutral adoption of customers' needs and desires - resulting in qualified and tailor-made solutions. Or expressed using medical care terminology: CAT`s philosophy in essence is to place high value on clients` (patients`) needs – the kind of care a client deserves – the same kind of care a (private) patient would receive in the medical system – as clients, like patients, require special care and must be served with meticulous attention to detail.


We believe that one essential key aspect, is that the process of communication and follow-up with our clients is not over when the original job has been successfully completed. At our clients’ request we accompany the introduction of the workflows and operations being implemented, to ensure that their goals are achieved in clear accordance with their original visions and intentions.
